NEW "HOTLINE" BY U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE FOR ALL AFGHANISTAN SIV APPLICANTS

The U.S. Department of State has established a SIV "Hotline" to answer calls from SIV applicants about the processing of their SIV application.

Companies may pass these details to the Afghans who contact them asking about their SIV application and whether or not they should try to get to Karsai Airport in Kabul.  Importantly, the U.S. Department of State is sending texts and email messages to those Afghanistan SIV applicants who are eligible for evacuation, informing them they should make their way to Karsai Airport (HKIA), if possible.

Dept. of State SIV Hotline:  1-888-407-4747

Alternate number (same message) is 202-501-4444
